About Me

With experience in both undergraduate classrooms and individualized mentorship, my teaching practice emphasizes clarity, accessibility, and high-performance learning.

I hold a Bachelor of Music in Theory and Composition from Berklee College of Music and a Master of Arts in Music Composition from Tufts University, where I also received training in inclusive pedagogy. This training included strategies for identifying at-risk students and supporting equitable engagement. I use state-of-the-art technological resources to present complex musical concepts in intuitive and structured ways, while providing direct, personalized feedback to support each student's growth.

My approach is informed by cognitive load theory and aims to foster deep understanding, critical thinking, and creative agency across both technical and artistic domains.
